Shipments of are carried out daily from our central warehouse in Madrid, Spain, Except for Saturdays, Sundays and National and Local holidays. PillowBra ® at is currently available for Spain, and countries around the world (see conditions for international deliveries, Ceuta and Melilla and Canary Islands *).

Several areas of shipping have being established as well as transport procedures, according to the country and geographical area to which the shipment is directed. The amount of shipping costs will always vary depending on the indicated shipping area. They include packing, handling and shipping. Additional charges for shipping gift-ready will be applied.

Shipping methods

For shipments we use the following methods of transport. You can choose whether shipment should be carried out by courier or by post.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of shipping selected. Delivery days are all those except for Saturdays, Sundays, Spanish National and local holidays (Madrid).

Courier Service:

  • National: 24 to 48 hours from the date of the order.
  • EU: 24-72 hours from the request for the order.
  • Other countries: 4 to 10 days, and may vary according to the rules of each country.

Spain Post (registered mail):

  • National: Two to three business days from the day after that the order was carried out.
  • EU: Between 2 and 4 business days depending on destination.
  • Other countries: 7 to 10 days, and may vary according to the rules of each country.
Shipping rates

The prices indicated are for sending one item or maximum two with a surcharge of €1 per shipment.

*Conditions for international deliveries, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands

For deliveries in countries not belonging to the European Union, customs charges or other taxes (tariffs); are not included and it is the recipients responsibility to pay for any of the above mentioned charges in order to receive the goods.

The recipient will be responsible for any costs of import and taxes that may arise at the Customs Office of destination, whether the goods collected or not by the recipient.

The shipment of the order will be delivered in the shortest possible time, however the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the import of the requested items, as Pillow Bra does not have any responsibility over them. Any effects produced by strikes, war or other circumstances, is beyond the control and will not be attributable to PillowBra Enterprises S.L. or related companies.

We recommend that you contact your local Customs Office for information on current costs before placing your order.

Incidence in the reception of the order

In case of any incidence on the reception of the item derived from knocks or tampering during transport, such as internal or external damage to the packing, please report to the carrier. Indicate this in the observation field of the proof of delivery form and notify this incidence to the transport company and by way of our consultation form within a maximum of 24 hours after the delivery, so that the transport company can organize return of damaged goods and we can proceed to the exchange of the product immediately.
