Exchange policy

In accordance with the European Directive 97/7/CE, the term for any change is 7 working days following the date of reception, as long as the following conditions of the exchanged product are fulfilled:

  • The product must not have suffered any damage or deterioration.
  • The product must be returned without use, with all its original labels correctly attached and with its original packing in good state. The state of the product will be evaluated before proceeding with the corresponding reimbursement or exchange.
  • The product will be sent by certified mail to assure its correct reception. Any shipping expenses incurred during the exchange, including customs expenses and local taxes, will be borne by the client and under no circumstances will any carriage dues or delivery costs be accepted by Pillow Bra.
  • For its exchange or return and with the aim of insuring correct reception of the order, the product should be sent to the following address by certified mail:

Change of Size

Once received and verified that the product fulfills all the conditions mentioned above in the exchange policy, the exchange procedure will be activated and a new product will be sent to the client. Shipping costs of the new size will be charged to the client.

For other reasons, the exchange of the product can be requested as long the product is received in the same condition as when sent to the client and as far as possible preserves its original labels and packing. Due to the nature of the product that PillowBra distributes and the strict question of quality and hygiene, we will not be able to accept articles that have been used.

No acceptance of return

PillowBra reserves the right of not accepting the article if it understands that the product has been used. The article will remain in our warehouse so that it can be collected in a period not superior to 30 days from its reception.

Return of the amount

PillowBra reserves the right to reject notified returns or shipments outside the time period specified above, or of the products that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received. Products will not be accepted if they have been used or manipulated.

Once the verification process has concluded and approved, the reimbursement will be executed in the same way in which the payment was made. The amount of the expenses due to carriage will not be reimbursed.
